We are required by law to disclose all charges should you decide to rent your property with us and as such to ensure that you are fully informed of the costs involved before you make any decisions.

 

Our Fees


Landlord Fees:

  • Tenant Find Fee: One Month’s Rent. NO VAT PAYABLE.
  • Tenant Find & Rent Collection: One Month’s Rent + 12.5% per calendar month NO VAT PAYABLE.
  • Tenant Find, Rent Collect and Full Management: One Month’s Rent + 15% per calendar month. No VAT PAYABLE.

Contract Negotiation: £72 - Amending terms and updating your tenancy agreement during your tenancy. Contract negotiation, amending and updating terms and arranging a further tenancy agreement.

 
Non-Scheduled Attendance at Property Fee: When we are required to attend the property outside the terms of our contractual obligations, including attending for deliveries or waiting for contractors, there is a charge of £68 for the first hour and £32 for any additional hours.

 

The initial money will be confirmed and must be paid by a bank transfer.  We do not have the facilities to accept card/cash.
