We are required by law to disclose all charges should you decide to rent your property with us and as such to ensure that you are fully informed of the costs involved before you make any decisions.

Our Fees

Landlord Fees:

• Tenant Find Fee: One Month’s Rent. 
• Tenant Find & Rent Collection: One Month’s Rent + 12.5% (15% inc VAT) per calendar month 
• Tenant Find, Rent Collect and Full Management: One Month’s Rent + 15% (18% inc VAT) per calendar month.

Court Attendance Fee: £180.00 per hour (£216.00 inc VAT)

File Transfer Set Up Fee for Possession Order: £500.00 (£600.00)

Section 13 Notice: £180.00 (£216.00 inc VAT)

Section 21 Notice: £180.00 (£216.00 inc VAT)

Section 8 Notice 8 : £180.00 (£216.00 inc VAT)

Guarantor Formal Demand Letter : £75.00 (£90.00 inc VAT)

Bailiff Attendance Fee: £180.00 (£216.00 inc VAT) for the first hour then £90.00 (£108.00) for any additional hours.

Contract Negotiation: £72.00 (£90.00 inc VAT) - Amending terms and updating your tenancy agreement during your tenancy. Contract negotiation, amending and updating terms and arranging a further tenancy agreement.

 
Non-Scheduled Attendance at Property Fee: When we are required to attend the property outside the terms of our contractual obligations, including attending for deliveries or waiting for contractors, there is a charge of £68 (£81.60 inc VAT) for the first hour and £32 (£38.40 inc VAT) for any additional hours.

The initial money will be confirmed and must be paid by a bank transfer.  We do not have the facilities to accept card/cash.
